Brea Faircloth grew up within the construction industry with relations to one of the most prestigious builders in Brunswick County. She went to West Brunswick High School and obtained an Associate in Arts of Business Administration from Brunswick Community College. Southeast North Carolina has been pivotal to her life. Now, she and her husband, Cane, raise their daughter, Bella, on the coast of North Carolina. These ties to the area allow her to contribute insight into the local geography and market.  Her upbringing sparked an interest in Real Estate, which started a prolific real estate career. Personally, she has remodeled two houses consisting of gutting and restoring, and built a custom home.

Professionally, Brea has ten years of interior design, ten years of new home construction and sales, and 15 years as a broker. Her work granted her experience in building, managing, and selling over 300 homes. She has worked with planned communities up and down the Brunswick County Coast and has extensive knowledge of ARC and guidelines for Brunswick Forest, St. Jams Plantation, Winding River Plantation, and Crow Creek. As of 2022, she partnered with her husband to open Ollie Raja Realty, LLC, a real estate firm in Holden Beach.
